Resorts at Pooler's admission process is specifically structured to make things as simple as possible for our residents and their families. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We accept Medicare and Medicaid as well as many private insurance plans.
Our professional team will help maximize our clients' Medicare benefits and/or fully understand the Medicaid application process.

Due to the increasing rate of Covid-19 cases in the state of Georgia, the Governor has issued an executive order to stop visitation in Nursing Homes and Long Term Care Facilities to ensure the safety of employees and residents.
